In the Coaching Students lectures (Basic Training, Advanced Course) by LET, we supported Benno Volk and Roland Haas as facilitators for many group exercises, guiding students through them, giving feedback and leading discussions and reflections. In the Coaching Students Advanced Course, teampact was in charge of two whole lectures, one about Psychological Safety and the other about Conflict Management. We planned the lectures, taught the theoretical background and designed and facilitated group exercises.
We really enjoyed working with interdisciplinary students from multiple departments who were engaged in very different teams.
