This spring semester teampact facilitators were once again working with pdz and LET to support the blended learning lectures coaching innovation-projects and coaching students (read our blog entries from FS20, HS19 and FS19). The virtual setting of the project courses (e.g. innovation project FS21) and the accordingly smaller group sizes to facilitate easier communication lead to more coaches being trained. Therefore, over 45 students participated in the lectures and many facilitators were needed for the breakout room group exercises. There was even more time for exercises compared to last year’s lecture since the concept was switched to blended learning and all theory was communicated previous to the lecture sessions via online videos and readings.

The learnings from the first virtual semester FS20 were adapted and although teaching applied skills is challenging in virtual settings, the lecture was successfully completed and received very good feedback.
