Supporting the pdz lecture Practice Course Product Development for focus project students, teampact was responsible for the 3h lecture about efficient team work.
We discussed theory and facilitated exercises about stakeholder management, increasing meeting efficiency and effective review presentations.
Working with highly motivated teams of mechanical engineering students was great, especially sending them away with learnings how they can work more efficiently within and outside their teams.
